Marcin Durlak

Marcin Durlak è co-fondatore e Managing Partner di IMD Solicitors LLP. È Sollicitor (Avvocato qualificato) in Inghilterra e Galles e ha una vasta esperienza nella consulenza a imprese internazionali su questioni commerciali e societarie, questioni di diritto del lavoro e risoluzione delle controversie.

Nel suo ruolo di Managing Partner segue le questioni dei principali Clienti dello studio, tanto con riferimento alle aziende che ai privati. La missione di Marcin è aiutare le aziende internazionali ad avere successo nel Regno Unito e raggungere il loro potenziale. È molto apprezzato per la sua competenza in diritto commerciale, capacità di problem solving e attitudine al lavoro.

Nel corso della sua carriera ha sviluppato particolare competenza e interesse nel settore IT e tecnologico, comprese le questioni normative e di conformità delle criptovalute, ha una vasta esperienza ed ha fornito pareri e consluenze ad aziende in una moltitudine di settori tra cui ad esempio, edilizia, trasporti, produzione e vendita al dettaglio .

Marcin fornisce commenti anche a vari media britannici e internazionali e partecipa attivamente agli eventi aziendali in tutto il mondo.

Prima di fondare IMD, Marcin gestiva un dipartimento indipendente di uno studio legale di Manchester ed è stato artefice della sua significativa crescita e del suo successo.

In qualità di Managing Partner, Marcin è anche responsabile della pianificazione strategica dell’attività per garantire che l’azienda continui ad avere successo pur continuando a fornire i migliori servizi legali e un’eccezionale assistenza al cliente.

Marcin ha conseguito la laurea in giurisprudenza presso l’Università di Nicolaus Copernicus a Torun, in Polonia, nonchè presso la Manchester Metropolitan University. È anche membro di Mensa – The High IQ Society ed un orgoglioso padre di due figlie e un figlio.
